Ten industry-neutral firms (not fixated on one specific industry) have been selected to participate in the ScaleUp Growth Program Batch 3 by Endeavor Indonesia, the world’s premier community of high-impact entrepreneurs.

The 36 companies having their primary offices in Indonesia and/or Singapore and at least $2 million in equity capital or $2 million in annual revenue by 2021 are chosen as participants.

The Endeavor ScaleUp Growth Program is a non-dilutive (does not invest in the chosen company/without equity) accelerator program that provides startup founders with access to resources, successful industry leaders, and numerous mentors throughout Endeavor’s local and international network in order to scale the business.

This program is an extension of Endeavor’s current initiative to help high-impact and scale-up companies (those in the growth stage and post-series B fundraising).

The mission-driven participants came from a variety of backgrounds and industries, including a food supply chain company, a fisheries cold chain ecosystem enabler, a multi-vertical audio platform that provides local content to Indonesian listeners, and an online and offline platform to get healthy and fit at a reasonable price.

The startups taking part in the third batch of the Endeavor ScaleUp Growth Program are Broom.id – Pandu Adi Laras & Andreas Sutanto, Chickin – Tubagus Syailendra Wangsadisastra & Ashab Al Kahfi, EdenFarm – David Setyadi & Ramavito Mountaino, FishLog – Bayu Anggara & Abdul Halim, FIT HUB – William Tjajadi & Victor Ang, Fresh Factory – Andre Septiano & Larry Ridwan, Mangkokku Indonesia – Randy Julius Kartadinata, NOICE – Rado Ardian & Niken Sasmaya, Pashouses – Junghans Tasani & Bin Anindita, and Populix – Eileen Kamtawijoyo & Timothy Astandu.

According to Wayah Wiroto, managing director of Endeavor Indonesia, Endeavor’s main goal is to create a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem throughout the world by seeking out high-impact entrepreneurs and giving them a platform to dream bigger, scale faster, and give back to others in order to produce the Endeavor Multiplier Effect.

“The Endeavor ScaleUp Growth program was created as an addition to Endeavor’s current track of helping larger high growth companies so that selected startups can accelerate their business growth and ready to become the next Endeavor Entrepreneur”, Wayah said.

The chosen startup founders will take part in a variety of intense activities, including 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with 60+ industry experts from Endeavor’s local and global network, Endeavor Buddies (Endeavor Entrepreneurs serving as peer support), a dedicated Account Manager from the Endeavor team who accompanied for three months, and a thorough panel discussion with business leaders known as the High-Impact Panel.
